Q: How often do you restock or drop new creations?
A: Because every single piece is meticulously hand-poured by Aria in small batches, our inventory is highly finite. We release our creations through curated "drops." To catch the next drop before it sells out, make sure to join the Neads Club (our rewards program) and follow our updates on TikTok.
Q: Why does my squishy look slightly different from the photos?
A: That is the beautiful fingerpint of artisanal handcrafting! Since we do not use mass-production factory lines, tiny variations in color saturation, organic micro-bubbles, or cooling lines near the base are completely normal. Every piece is a true 1-of-1 original made just for you.

Q: Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?
A: Yes, we safely ship our sensory art pieces to collectors all over the world. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $39 USD. For orders below $39, a small standard shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
Q: How long will it take for my pocket sanctuary to arrive?
A: Once a drop opens, please allow 2-4 business days for us to carefully hand-wrap and process your order. Standard international transit safely delivers to your doorstep in 7-15 working days. Full live tracking will be emailed to you the second it leaves our central studio.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: We process orders rapidly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us strictly within 2 hours of ordering at hello@neadslab.com with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE #OrderNumber". Once a package is picked up by the international courier, we are unfortunately unable to alter its destination.

Q: What materials are neads squishies made of?
A: Your peace of mind is paramount. We strictly use premium, 100% certified food-grade liquid silicone and skin-safe cosmetic fillings. They are entirely non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and perfectly safe for direct skin contact. However, despite looking incredibly realistic and delicious, they are strictly inedible sensory art pieces.
Q: My squishy picked up some dust and feels a bit sticky. How do I fix it?
A: Raw high-grade silicone naturally loves to cling to dust. Don't worry—simply wash it gently under cool water with mild soap, let it air dry, and then lightly dust it with a layer of baby powder or cornstarch. Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A: Due to the hyper-limited, delicate, and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped, and we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. We ask that you select your tactile matches carefully before finalizing your order.
Q: What if my piece arrives damaged or leaking from international shipping?
A: Your happiness is our top priority. While we pack our boxes with extreme cushion, international transit can occasionally be rough. If your piece arrives damaged or leaking, please record a continuous unboxing video and email it to us at hello@neadslab.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly dispatch a free replacement rush-shipped from our studio.
